How to Reach Atal Tunnel
By Road:
Atal Tunnel is located about 25 km from Manali. It is accessible via NH3 (National Highway 3), and travelers can reach the tunnel by car, bus, or taxi from Manali. It’s a scenic drive through the mountains, with the tunnel itself offering a smooth and safe passage through Rohtang Pass.
By Air:
The nearest airport to Atal Tunnel is Kullu-Manali Airport (Bhuntar), around 50 km away. From there, you can hire a taxi to reach Manali and then proceed to the tunnel.
By Train:
The closest railhead is Joginder Nagar Railway Station, approximately 125 km from the tunnel. From there, you can drive or take a taxi to reach Manali and onward to Atal Tunnel.
