The Nawabganj Bird Sanctuary, also known as the Shahid Chandra Shekhar Azad Bird Sanctuary, is located in Unnao, near Lucknow. The sanctuary is open year-round, but the best time to visit is from October to March, when numerous migratory birds flock to the area.
