The Terekhol Fort sits right on the shores of Querim Beach, providing a glimpse into Goa’s historical past. The fort is easily accessible via a ferry ride from the beach, adding to the charm of this beautiful location. Unlike the popular beaches of Arambol and Mandrem, Querim Beach remains largely undiscovered, with only a few local shacks offering delicious Goan food, such as Fish Fry, Vindaloo, and Sorpotel. The beach is also an active fishing hub, with the nearby Querim village playing an important role in Goa’s fishing industry. In the background, the stunning Arambol Mountain completes the picturesque scene.

How to Reach Querim Beach:
By Car:
Querim Beach is located about 50 km from Panjim. From Arambol, take the Pernem-Agarwada-Morjim road (NH66) until you reach the village of Pernem. From there, take the MDR17 road, which leads directly to Querim Beach. The journey takes you through narrow lanes shaded by mango, jackfruit, and coconut trees, and you will also pass alongside the majestic Terekhol River.
By Public Transport:
It’s advisable to use a private vehicle for a more convenient trip to Querim Beach, as public transport to this secluded beach is limited.
