What to Expect at Sky High

Sky High provides a thorough process to ensure every participant’s safety and preparedness:

  • Before Arrival:
    A fitness certificate from a physician is mandatory, ensuring participants are physically capable of handling the physical demands of skydiving. Individuals with certain medical conditions like fluctuating blood pressure or heart issues are not permitted to dive.

  • Arrival and Documentation:
    Upon arriving at the Sky High office, participants will sign a series of legal documents that explain the risks and disclaimers associated with skydiving. This protects both the participant and the company.

  • Training:
    Before jumping, participants undergo a training session that lasts approximately 40 minutes. They are introduced to skydiving gear, including parachute bags and the Automatic Activation Device (AAD), which opens the parachute automatically in case of an emergency. Training also covers communication gestures for use in mid-air.

  • The Jump:
    Once training is complete, participants board a plane and are flown to a height of 10,000 feet. The jump is exhilarating, with a 30-second free fall followed by the deployment of the parachute. The jump is accompanied by a tandem instructor, ensuring a safe and thrilling experience.
